I ment like if I can stay the same size but with muscle I'll be happy. I'm 5'8 some where between 220-230.
My Ultimate goal is to Get in shape and to get swole(Muscle mass&Strength) Im just starting to workout
I would suggest building a strength base while losing fat. Get on a good beginner program with a moderate calorie deficit.

After more then a year I'm back in the gym.

Stamina = gone
Strength = gone

so I'm probably fukking myself up but refused to start from scratch and just continued where I left:troll: came to the conclusion that my chess press and running is fukked and I need to build that up again. All the rest is :takedat: but I was walking like a truck ran over me, everything hurt beyond belief. I kept at it and now at the start of the 3rd week everything is fine:ehh: still a bit sore and swollen but that should go down by next week.

Brehs since i started again I have these primal urges when I see these women in the gym. There was this one chick with a fat ass today and I had to control my savage self :dwillhuh:. This no rap isn't going to happen soon:mjlol:

Yea @Dreamzeedream you have a long road ahead... probably 2 years worth of dieting with some breaks thrown in. I would do an upper/lower or full body split 3-4x a week and do a lot of cardio

my elbows are flaring up again :francis:..thank goodness today is abs day but i think im going to start deloading for the rest of the year..also may go see my doctor about this when its time to do this end of year physical

But incorporating this slow tempo has shown me what I've been missing out on. It really makes you use your actual muscles to perform the movement. I've noticed growth already in my back and biceps. And firing my lats on other compound lifts has made things way easier

I feel like 5 of those is more beneficial than 10-12 "bouncy" version.
