Yoga was the hardest thing I did back in my playing days.
It was also probably the most beneficial for my overall flexibility and muscle stamina![]()
which is better for me in the long run? I know both obviously have their benefits but I want to stick with one for now.So for someone like me who wants to add some muscle definition what do you suggest I do? If you wanna add muscle definition you should lift.
But between those 2, pilates easily.
