My first time posting here in The Coli...I'm a 6' ecto...was 180lbs 2 years ago...Now I'm maintaining 200+lbs (205 today)...I have a fairly impressive frame but my arms are kinda just :ehh: to me..I have long arms so its not as easy to build them up as other people.

Oh, and I'm a fit muscular nikka with average ass abs lmao...I know what to do to cut up, but I just can't get motivated for ab workouts

havent been sick in over a year ... woke up with a mild fever. it's supposed to be lower body power day today too.

after wrestlin' with myself for a bit i decided to stay in and hope for a quick recovery instead of making it worse. you know you take this shyt way too seriously if you are walking around in cold sweats all light headed and you're like 'nah b, gotta deadlift that 405 today" :snoop:

Best thing I did was lift on Friday and not sit around after the damage from the day before.

Boring but big maybe? I have tried PHAT and GVT so far, might give that a go next since people say not to go beyond 6 weeks with GVT.
