how high was the surface you used as the step?
My gym has they same Reebok step as the video. It think my hips were/are too tight
pause. My damn pecs were slightly sore from it 
im feeling strong as hell..im glad i got on the wave of doing regular squats again..i feel like im generating more in my legs than ever before..that recovery time though..still declining

I know this might sound ridiculous but honestly the women at my gym are really annoying me trying to talk to me everyday (mostly the older ones) sure I go in the morning everyday and say hi but I didn't expect to be bombarded with hellos everyday
I know it looks good if a hot bytch is there to be friendly with these average bytches but i just wanna get in and out not be told how much I look like the guy from walking dead
Plus yet to see a bad bytch in the morning shift I go at 5am
