If you aren't a supper focused person then just winging it will do that. When you have a plan you can lean on that. Right now you don't have one so that makes it easier to backslide IMO. Goals can always seem unattainable when you don't have a plan to achieve them.not really the tips, but the journey.
the lifestyle change, always having to psych yourself into thinking healthy.
thinking you're on the right track but theres still much to do.
