Been back in the gym for 2 months. My genetics are low key a cheat code cause I look like I've been in for 6+ months but my strength isn't anywhere close to where I was at my peak (obviously lol).
been drinking 2-2.5 liters of water a day also which is something I've never done in my life consistently

....feel like that has been a good thing added for me
also been doing mindful meditation for 10-15 mins a day which has been

.....never realized how distracted our minds really are in the present moments

...still got a ways to go but I've noticed changes already
also graduated from nursing school (RN) so I'm prepping to take my state boards in a couple weeks
physically, mentally, and financially things are coming together this year. Usually it's 1 outta 3 or 2 outta 3 but I've never had all 3 lining up together like this
