Big picture you know what needs to improve but on this run I think (limited photos of course) you’ve dropped as much as possible under the circumstances.
Probably a newb questions but, When I do a back workout, next day I'm sore. Legs, I'm sore, chest workout sometimes I'm sore sometimes I'm not. But arm workout I am hardly ever sore, and if I am its mostly the triceps never the biceps. Does that mean I'm not working them out hard enough?

There's a reason why i never let my body percentage get too low. I remember when i got real sick a while back.It was this that made me start to question how healthy low carb diets and intermittent fasting really are. The negatives take awhile to manifest themselves.

Like @The ADD said throw that 1 part a day shyt in the bushes. Get a upper/lower or full body split and hit everything 2-4x/week
