I'm gonna focus mainly on cardio for the next couple months. Maybe 2 days of lifting and some calisthenics tossed in here and there. Will pick up the weights like mid Fall. I do like that my weight loss has been a bit more straight lined since I picked up more cardio.

I have a good frame I'll never look too skinny.

WTH is the purpose of super setting Flat BP, Incline BP and a DB Chest movement when none of the barbell weight is over 100 pounds :hhh:
