Went to the gym

already in my feelings about being alone on Valentines Day

did 3 warmup sets of bench

right shoulder felt weird

ended up leaving

How are you guys doing your warm up sets ? Specifically how many are you doing & how much weight you are adding step by step ?
For me personally Ive felt much better, stronger & secure when I do a rather big amount of warm up sets. Really makes the transition much smoother and the working sets dont hit you as heavy weight wise.....

For me personally Ive felt much better, stronger & secure when I do a rather big amount of warm up sets. Really makes the transition much smoother and the working sets dont hit you as heavy weight wise.....
I don't do warm up sets.
