Abs, Arm's, Chest is all for show....I have great Arm's and Chest. But Men knows the having large traps, Wide Thick Back, Big Forearms and Calves is the tell all. I brought up my calves and forearms, they are finally growing

how you get your forearms to grow? did you isolate them??
There's a forearm curl machine at my gym so I started using it, I curl the weight up and lower it slowly and I do the Dumbbell and Barbell forearm curl, so yeah I isolate them, I hit them heavy and hard

Forearms and Calves was my weak spot they wouldn't grow for shyt for many Year's and I told myself I'm going to make them grow this year and a Months time these shyts started to grow

How are you guys doing your warm up sets ? Specifically how many are you doing & how much weight you are adding step by step ?
For me personally Ive felt much better, stronger & secure when I do a rather big amount of warm up sets. Really makes the transition much smoother and the working sets dont hit you as heavy weight wise.....

I always do 2-3 warm up sets with light weight and pyramid my way up. I have no set weight I warm up with, whatever I feel like doing.
