This girl asked me to basically train her:lupe:

Should I focus on the free weights to get her in the "groove" of things? I want to start off slow and then build..

I dont want to fukk this up:mjcry:

Gotta cater to their goals and make it fun/supportive for them. Ill give them the same critiques/motivation/challenges I'll give a dude but I'll dress it up in a jokey/flirty fashion.

Also I find that you have to explain yourself a lot more. Why you combine certain exercises, sequencing, the benefits, splits, etc. I learned a lot more about working out in general from working out with women.

My goof ass just bought 50 Quest bars (paid $45)...ima be so sick of them when im done.

Been pretty busy lately......

Just got my first workout of the year in :damn:
I had a weird schedule with no consistency.


I dropped from 205 to 180....

So yesterday I was 180lbs now I'm already at 186lbs....

I gain back so quickly....

I'm sore as shyt right now, but I wouldnt be surprised if I'm fully back in shape at around 200 by this Saturday or next Monday.

I'm going take some pictures and document my progress over these next few weeks.

:patrice: I hope those suits I just bought a few weeks back still fit. :damn:
