i used to do this when i worked in the burbs, take a 15-20 minute walk around the parking lots, weather been too shytty to do it recently, but plan on it when the sun comes back out. i also have a standing desk, but it's better when i don't have a lot of shyt to write, so i don't stand for more than about 20 mins a day...used to stand for a couple hours a dayIdk if this is the thread to post this but if you work an office job, make sure you either take a daily walk or get a standing desk. This sitting all day every day will kill you, especially if you have lower back issues to begin with.
You'd be surprised how much sitting most of us do daily, between work, commute and at home activities.
