Since I started going to the gym it looks like I got my first (minor) injury
My left knee is sore since Monday so I haven't been to the gym this week, used the Power Twister on Tuesday for strength training so I'm good on that front, it's just the cardio I'm missing out on.
Tommorow I'm gonna try to ride the stationary bike at the gym, since running on the treadmill is too risky with a sore knee. If I all goes well I'll ride for a half hour at level 5, never went that long on level 5 but I like to burn a lot of calories in my gym sessions (I'm still a little fat)
