ate four slices of pizza yesterday and cookie to see if i could compensate for my lack of cals over the past week...that was also a fail come this morning :francis:

bout to get on the old lady workout routine and just do shyt that doesn't raise my heart rate too high until i can get my nutrition together

yesterday I literally had to drag myself into the gym after work,I dry scooped and played hype music in the parking lot to get motivated,did decent arm workout doing reverse grip sets are improving my overall strength

Bad enough I'm always rushing and risking it. :francis:

Had to say RIP to two of my pants today. Tried one, wouldn't fit. Tried another, same thing. Figured it could be due to doing deadlifts last night but I highly doubt that. I gotta start doing cardio in the morning and weights at night at least two days a week with an extra weight day or two. I brought a resistance band to work to do some work while I sit at my desk cuz I need to burn 10k calories a day. All this weight can't be muscle. :francis:

Besides it's not like I have a huge gut or can grab much fat on my stomach. I'm just gonna say my hips and ass grew and that's what happened. :mjcry:

I can’t workout in the morning since I start work at 8am and my gym opens at 6:30 and I can’t workout in the evening since I finish work at 7pm and the gym closes at 10pm.

I badly need to work out cos I feel off if I don’t exercise. :snoop:

Since I started going to the gym it looks like I got my first (minor) injury :mjcry:


My left knee is sore since Monday so I haven't been to the gym this week, used the Power Twister on Tuesday for strength training so I'm good on that front, it's just the cardio I'm missing out on.


Tommorow I'm gonna try to ride the stationary bike at the gym, since running on the treadmill is too risky with a sore knee. If I all goes well I'll ride for a half hour at level 5, never went that long on level 5 but I like to burn a lot of calories in my gym sessions (I'm still a little fat)
