elliptical is the cool down part of my cardio....running 2-3 miles plus walking a mile on an incline, 30 min on the stair machine, and 30 mins on a row machine...after that elliptical feels like living death just moving slowly on ityo, i truly don't know how to get a good workout on an elliptical![]()
