Finally starting to get this front squat form down, its a bytch trying to keep my chest up with this grip. :bryan:

Abs are still :flabbynsick: but I'm not hitting panic mode just yet. Still doing a macro surplus:flabbynsick: Hopefully I can be less :flabbynsick: when June arrives.

This cold got me slacking this past week. Been burned out from work to do anything. Hopefully I recover tonight and tomorrow night and can hit the gym back again on Tuesday. Started taking some alka seltzer cold to see if that helps. Need to mainly get rid of this cough. It's annoying when I gotta talk on the phone all day practically and I got a cough. Had to deal with that all week. Just been messing around with some resistance bands here at home but need to get some cardio in this week. Going on vacation late next week so wanna be ready for that.

Be careful of alcohol brehs. Weight lifting 5x/week and Muay Thai twice a week for the past 3 months had me looking the best I ever had, but when I was doing drink after drink on vacation I lost some definition. Gained weight after eating and drinking so much (not much; still lean), now trying to lose the body fat.

Otherwise, the lean bulking journey continues. Currently 6’ 180 lbs. Goal is a lean 195-200 lbs. for now.

need to do a full hour of liss...wonder if i just take it easier on the incline and bang the treadmill for an hour :mjcry: or do 30 mins on the treadmill, 15 on the bike and 15 on the stairmaster...

yo, i truly don't know how to get a good workout on an elliptical :heh:

yo, i truly don't know how to get a good workout on an elliptical :heh:
elliptical is the cool down part of my cardio....running 2-3 miles plus walking a mile on an incline, 30 min on the stair machine, and 30 mins on a row machine...after that elliptical feels like living death just moving slowly on it :damn:
