When I work out at home I love it actually more having music on the blue tooth speaker blasting over headphones
But I just can’t stand being open to conversations to everybody when you don’t got headphones
I did those rows.
Put a flat bench on the little stands they use for box squats and jumps. Rest the barbell on the inside edge of the stand.
My back is on fire.
I did them like pendlay rows with a dead stop at the bottom.
these injuries got my game so fukked up that this season isn't even fun
strained left groin so i can't stretch for any balls or i can feel it tweak. unfortunately my brain forgets this mid-match so i aggravate it every game.
sprained knee, calf contusion and high ankle sprain all on my right leg from a collision w/ the goalie last week. i thought i broke my leg when it first happened. definitely gave the goalie a concussion. any kind of clash makes it go numb from the knee down for at least 5 mins and i have to come out. so i can barely play defense (can't tackle at all) when im normally a brick wall.
and we still have 5 games left
looks like it'll be another week on the exercise bike instead of getting in any leg day. at least my cardio is going up big time.
