Might have to rotate my ppl so rest day is before legs, deadlift and rack pulls yesterday sabotaging my squat by leaving my hip flexors all tight /sore :sadbron:

Never understood how "Push-Pull-Legs" became the standard for PPL.

Pull-Push-Legs or Legs-Push-Pull makes 1000x more programming sense, regardless if you're deadlifting on Pull or Leg day.

I just started working out the last 3 days and gained 3 lbs how tf? I’m 5’9 180 trying to lose this gut.
  1. Weigh loss isn't an automatic just because you start exercising. Sleep quality and nutrition play large roles
  2. 3 days isn't enough to chart anything to establish a trend
