I just started working out the last 3 days and gained 3 lbs how tf? I’m 5’9 180 trying to lose this gut.
I understand that just found it odd that I gained 3 lbs I’m a keep grinding tho
- Weigh loss isn't an automatic just because you start exercising. Sleep quality and nutrition play large roles
- 3 days isn't enough to chart anything to establish a trend
