aaaaaaaand my bulking stage lasted all of 2 days:mjlol:

that big boy life ain't it for me my body aint used to regulated meals,etc. back down from 270 to.255 I go:whoo:

i was able to successful bulk but i had to do in order to get my body used to lifting because i went cold turkey off the weights in 2018..i needed to eat to put on my muscle back on

I’ve made strength gains for sure.. but I’m still not getting the look I want. I was 180 at the start of the week now back to 175-176. Smh

It’s like my body has gotten stronger but has no muscle to show for it.
