This could get interesting...........brehs it took me damn near over a decade plus of training to finally realize most of us are just doing too damn much in the gym...If you aren't doing Compound lifts you are just hanging out.

I don’t disagree generally speaking but (probably not in here) I can see people taking offense because they don’t.I just think back to all of the time I wasted doing BRO splits and other things...Even when my goals were conditioning and cardio based I should of being doing compounds...When I say the stuff the brehs were doing in the 1950's is what still works until this day plus they have science to back it up...I was lowkey salty at myself for the time wasted.

Nahh take one day and do nothing .switching back to full body workouts tomorrow. I'm debating on having an actual rest day vs a continuous cycle since I do cardio on none lifting days, and some people consider cardio active recovery.
