Anyone know how to treat a case of Runners knee? :to:
It's been a week, it started as soon as I started jogging after my upper body work out, never felt discomfort in my knees before so I forced myself to keep running, next day I couldn't go faster then walking speed without feeling it in my knees :snoop:


RICE protocol: rest, ice, compression, and elevation of the knee

be careful with that shyt. it'll turn anything it touches yellow as a damn damn cheesewagon :damn:
put a little bit in chicken and rice dish a few weeks ago and the whole pot looked like it had been marinating in 4 day old piss :damn:

Make sure you are running in sneakers meant for running, follow RICE, start doing lower body lifting...if needed get you a knee sleeve for that compression

I normally just jog a few miles after lifting for then extra calories burned, got another 20lbs to loose, any recommendations u got to substitute jogging after lifting I'd gladly try out
Depends on what equipment you have available. Any type of finisher could work. Sprints, hill runs, etc.

Nothing wrong with jogging but if the constant impact is the root of the issue then you might have to look for an alternative.

I try to never make fun of people in the gym but the other day I saw this dude in there that made me :snoop:

This fool was in there wearing one of those elevation mask with a weight vest on. The thing that made me :smh: though is he was on some machine for standing leg.curls. :what: didn't make any sense

Watch someone come in here and tell me that's the new way of training

Doing some serious intake reduction, lunch was a chicken thigh w/ onions and hot sauce, Brussels sprouts and two fork servings of cole slaw. Can’t workout as I have a late day today and then going straight home to wait for a package but tomorrow evening is swim time.
