I've been in the game for 9 years this spring:flabbynsick:started out at 16.

Did all the heavy training. Hit 400 on squat, 500 on deadlift. Now i scaled it back, mainly training to maintain and look good for the summer + spring break trips.

Its tough to find the motivation to keep going though. I may get back into posting progress pics

My legs feel like lead and putty at the same time. I need to do more with weights but between the bike and swimming not sure if my arms can take it.
