Haven’t been able to do any shoulder or chest work for the past week and a half. Really hurt my right shoulder after my last shoulder and chest workout. Tried to give it a go today and could only do dips. Might have to wait another week at least. shyt.
Give it 2 weeks, those shoulder injuries are nagging as fukk and trying to rush it before it heals only makes it worse in the long run....trust me :mjcry:

How long are you riding for and is the bike a fixie?
It is a fixie and it takes me just under 45 mins to do 6.5 miles (four times around a mile park plus to get there and back) with some inclines. My phone stopped tracking me before my last half mile so I’d say about 7 in 50. Gradually building up my endurance esp on these inclines hence starting this week doing more, I hope to be riding 10+ by next week.

Fixies are tough on inclines but they definitely get you in shape faster than a multi-speed bike.

Nothing more :flabbynsick: than walking your bike up a hill.

:guilty: That was me last week, I’ve had to make up little pep talks/songs to get me up because I can’t quite stand up yet on the bike-when your thighs are feeling like lead I don’t blame any newbies for getting off and going up

So my step class is now on Sundays Mondays and Wednesdays so Indecided to run around the track-could only manage a walk-I don’t know if it’s because of overkill with my thighs from biking or just gained too much weight (probably both) but I have to get back into this, I do not need to be slow esp if I wanna do a mini-tri.

:salute:

I got pretty fast on my fixed gear... used to do laps on it at Central Park. I almost feel like riding a fixed gear makes you a better rider.... too hilly around here though and I'm trying to protect my knees

A fleeting childhood
You do them on a smith machine?

I’m kinda confused how to do them correctly tbh
I do them on a power rack.i put the bar either just above or just below the knee depending and load up the weight . They said that you can load up way more on rack pull but I normally max out at 315 for reps

So I was watching this video on rack pulls and how rack pulls above the knee are very beneficial to getting larger traps and rack pulls below the knee are moreso for hamstring
