Knocked out the am workout

50 dips,
25 L sit pull ups,
25 ring pull ups,
25 bar push ups,
25 regular pushups
50 bicep curls(timed)
50 shoulder press/lateral raise(timed)

Light cardio:
1 mile( Five .20 laps at 70-85%)
2 sets of explosive frog leaps
2 sets of fast high knees

Slamming an avocado smoothie and half gallon of water for breakfast
