Back to 1 Leg Day a week for a while :francis:

3 Leg Days/Week + Soccer Match + 2 nights of Basketball a week was just killing my boost. I had no lift on my jumper and I couldn't cut or hit full speed at all in soccer. Had me out there looking sorry as fukk for a minute there :sadcam:
