Today I bench pressed, did incline chest press, played 3 games of full court basketball, then did cable pull downs, rope pull downs,seated flyes, shoulder press, lat raises and finished with 35 mins on the treadmill. Wanted to do abs but that I was gassed and had to take a shyt :skip:.....I'm getting after it tho.


Today reminded me of why I stopped hooping for awhile...that shyt takes a lot out of you if you're really playing hard. That's why 95% of the cats that hoop don't really lift weights like that....Especially not after they get done hooping.

This HIIT row and battle rope workout has me:deadmanny: I do a minute of rowing at 300 and op wattage, rest for 30 seconds then do the battle rope for 45 seconds to a minute then rest again before repeating.
