Is it possible to do legs with knee pain? I haven’t done any in a month because of this but I want to get back to it
Pain flares up in my knee all the time. At work, at home, etc. I cant even sit with my knee bent w/o it being painful.
But, I can squat, deadlift, sled push, etc w/o any pain.
It does flare up here and there when I do a lil running tho.



..horrible workout..so then i was like yeah i think need to carb up...did that and took 2 days off..felt fine lol....didnt accomplish going sub 200 though
. Can always rely on one of the major lifts to get me back on track.
compared to this time last year
. went to check out this metcon class, and still finished my circuit before all the women and threw up more weight....sometimes it's the little wins that help you regain your sense of self
