good lawd we did one of those for PT except the Deadlift was 185 and the vest was 45...Either way I respect you for doing it lmao...shyts a smoker.
the programming this week has been exceptionally tough.

but there's usually a method to the madness. like at the end of this week the coaches will pull portions of our scores and highlight certain areas where we excelled or were deficient and use that to program certain modalities for the next cycle.

that's why i like having them handling all the programming, they know what they're doing a lot better than i could ever do it myself.

Decent leg day but my energy is so trash brehs .

I can’t take any pre work outs because I go to the gym at night .

Any help ?

This humidity ain’t kinda making it worst too .

My workouts have been trash last couple weeks to keep it real .

can't remember the poster, but someone told me to eat a banana or two like 30 minutes before training. best gym advice I've ever gotten
shyt got me going ham like the brehs in Pumping iron and Battle for Gold :wow:

Y'all can try this bicep workout once in a while with 4 other brehs in the gym

Its barbell curls, but with a weight lighter than you usually do.

4 brehs form a circle, with one person in the middle. Breh in the middle barbell curls for 10 reps, and passes it to someone in the circle, the person also curls 10 and passes it back.

You do this till you've passed it to all 4 brehs in the circle, then you join the circle your self, and someone else gets in the middle. Do this till everyone has spent time in the middle. No rest till everyone is done :mjlit:

Study on German Volume Training in trainees with 1+ year of experience.

Study found no significant differences between 5 and 10 set rep schemes.

Except after about the 6 week mark the 10 set participants actually experienced a decrease in lean muscle around the legs.

Ya know I've always started a GVT and never really stuck with it. Wonder what would have happened if I stufk with it for more than 2 workouts :skip:
