Ya know I've always started a GVT and never really stuck with it. Wonder what would have happened if I stufk with it for more than 2 workouts :skip:

I was about to....doing some research I found that. Oly lifters probably need all that volume though, maybe its not for the average gym breh.

Pretty much got all I could get out of Linear progression and I want to do some Hypertrophy work before I go into either 531 or Sheiko Intermediete Medium Load.

For the sake of my bench....its pure fukking garbage :mjcry:

I gave up on BB bench breh... just went to machines. Weirdly it's translating back to BB bench. Muscles don't care how they're loaded... they just respond to progressive overload.

Currently on a deload week... decided on deload weeks I'd do no coffee :idiot: Send your boy a motivating kite :sadcam:

Pretty simple and limited because I don't have a lot of time

Mondays I do 3-4 sets of Hammer Strength chest press (2.5 plates a side) and HS dips (3 plates a side)
Thursdays I do 3 sets of incline BB press (I think I'm doing 3x8x195 next week) and more HS chest press

I think it's been pretty effective... going to see what I can do with 225 on BB flat bench Monday but I'm hoping for like 3x8-9 which is a lot for me.

And that is EXACTLY why I take weeks off coffee :pachaha:

brehs i gotta say i was very humbled after i met my online coach for the intial assessment

was doing lifts wrong, i have long ams and legs pause, made slight adjustments to my lifting form and shyt had me :damn:

i gotta lotta work to do :wow:

The delusion, i'll be in the best shape of my life, by my 40th bday next April

Current bf is 18%, 195lbs, 6'1.

We're stripping down then adding lean mass, i'm hype..also this team has transformed enough ppl in my city and have a great reputation.

Throwing all my philosophies out the window, online research will fukk your perspective up.

I'll let yall know what my progress is like in a couple of months.

Definitely have the $ and they transformed one my friends into a fukking beast breh.

I'm at the point in my life where I prioritize what i want to invest in. This is definitely worth it from a value perspective. I'm pissed I didn't move on this quicker but its all good we're here!

Your life really does flash before your eyes when you bench without a spotter and that bar starts traveling back towards you. :laugh:

Was feeling myself and went for 365 which I haven’t touched in AGES.

Got it about 3/4 of the way up and it felt like someone stood over me and started pushing it down

Made the lift but that shyt was a legit ugly grinder.

Now after all that life flashing before my eyes stuff I’m over here sad as shyt about the way the show ALF ended again

Alpha Male strategies on protein intake.
I agree with him, based on experience and what I've seen. I know a lot of swole nikkas, and they are certainly not taking in that much protein, since protein sources( fish, meat, vegetables) and shakes are fukking expensive over here
