Ya know I've always started a GVT and never really stuck with it. Wonder what would have happened if I stufk with it for more than 2 workouts![]()
I was about to....doing some research I found that. Oly lifters probably need all that volume though, maybe its not for the average gym breh.
Pretty much got all I could get out of Linear progression and I want to do some Hypertrophy work before I go into either 531 or Sheiko Intermediete Medium Load.
For the sake of my bench....its pure fukking garbage
