Alpha Male strategies on protein intake.
I agree with him, based on experience and what I've seen. I know a lot of swole nikkas, and they are certainly not taking in that much protein, since protein sources( fish, meat, vegetables) and shakes are fukking expensive over here

In the neighborhood of right but some of those scenarios and logic are :gucci:

Im confused. Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor (veins get smaller, BP goes up). L-Arginine is a vasodilator (veins get bigger, BP goes down). I like caffeine in the gym... and L-arginine in the bedroom :shaq: Do the shyts cancel each other out? I found a website saying that combining the two is dangerous but shyt seemed fugazi. I have coffee in the morning and when I take L-arginine it's at night

I gave up on BB bench breh... just went to machines. Weirdly it's translating back to BB bench. Muscles don't care how they're loaded... they just respond to progressive overload.

Currently on a deload week... decided on deload weeks I'd do no coffee :idiot: Send your boy a motivating kite :sadcam:

I'm switching over to dumbbell bench now... I'm just kinda of :russell: with BB bench right now and I think its easier IMO to switch back to BB bench w/o strength losses compared to other BB lifts.

I disagree, once you step away from BB benching for awhile it's hard to get back to where you was at. That's why I don't take much time off from doing it. I may switch up for a week and go with machines instead of BB benching but I never step away for long because you lose strength when you go back to it and that shyt hurts.
