I’m the same but been going with some yougins lately and they are all rah rah screaming with every lift shyt

I’m like y’all so damn extra but they kids :yeshrug:
There isn’t a wrong way. Back when I had less confidence in my strength I was afraid of wasting energy with the extra movement. For the little time I’ve trained I’m usually calm and focused off a stupid amount of pre-workout

gone off preworkout and you worried about wasting movements? :yeayea:

I’m old mang, I need pre just to function in the morning. I’ll let you young people hype the rest of the gym up. Just leave the old guy a Squat rack occasionally.

Next week I plan to go to the gym for three days (Mon, Wed and Fri) in a week for the first time in quite some, usually do the gym two times a week (Tue and Fri).


Might have to try this preworkout thing so I go could the Gym in the morning and have enough energy for cardio. But kinda scared to cause I take three different prescription medications and IDK what the side effects could be :sadcam:

preworkout is nothing but caffeine and a couple other things that have nothing to do w/ energy.

I've noticed a reocurring trend at the gym lately where women will take your squat rack when you're at the water fountain or the bathroom.

I went to take a piss and in the minute and a half it took me to do that and get my belt, some bytch had already reracked all my weights and started her set. :wtf:

Then they get an attitude with you when you politely tell them you're not done. :gucci:

These hoes think they own the world and the squat racks. :smh:

fukk all that.

I lay down my water bottle, keys, phone on the floor and my towel on the bar while I go to the car to grab something or take a piss.

Nobody takes over.

Gotta hit them with the :demonic: face before you leave and make sure they see you.

Finally back today after 4 weeks off bc of bicep tendinitis. Getting back to the basics:myman:

It’s the oldest complaint in the book, but it’s an old head on the squat rack. Problem is Breh makes his rounds around the gym, dapping up his boys:unimpressed:then has the nerve to try and holla at the woman on the rack next to him:skip:

Maybe I’m anti-social but I go to get it in & get out. If I’m tryna chop it up with the bros I do that on the basketball court they got in here.

Been out the gym for about 5 weeks. Diet been fukked up for 2 months..

Gained about 20lbs in them 2 months on vacation...:mjcry: I relapsed brehs.

Forgive me lord for I have sinned:mjcry:...


But I’m back tho building myself back. My strength and shyt already coming back.

Breh...I just left the grocery store. Grocry store got a face lift and I didnt even know. Goes to show how much I had been eating out the past couple months.
