Anyone that Suppliments L arginine care to give any input......

How many grams am I supposed to take daily to make sure these are taking effect???

I decided to try it out and get a 120pill bottle of 1000MG I been taking 3 total a day, 1 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.

But im im reading online that I should be taking 5 pills to get 5mg of L arginine a day, that feels like alot to where this wouldn't be that cost effective at 5 a day :dwillhuh: is 3MGs enough or should I bump it up some???

I have finally hit that point where I am pushing more weight more frequently than my wrist can handle....So what is the consensus Wrist wraps or gloves with the wrist supports? I have a very nice callus bed (if it is a such thing) on my hands so I don't really have much issue but it would be nice not to be able to scratch people with my palms.


I got both :yeshrug: once you start hitting a certain weight your wrists start holding you back.

At first I just bought the gloves with wrist support but I found that it interferes with my grips on bench press, shoulder presses and deadlifts maybe it just was my type of gloves idk.. So I bought the wrist wraps too. I use the wrist wraps for benching, military/shoulder press.

Use gloves for a couple of pulling excercise like heavy dumbbell shrugs and heavy Tbar row. Calluses are cool and all but they can rip especially when picking up a lot of weight. When alternating between the 2 you still get some good callus buildup so u will never have the soft hands.

But if I had to choose only 1 would choose just the wrist wraps.

You could do circuit training with weights, that's what I'm thinking about doing:ehh: But losing that skrength tho:mjcry:




Looks like I've stopped dropping weight:francis: Might have to start now chugging water/cutting cals even more now. :mjcry:

How do I tell if it’s a 45 or 33lb bar? fukking gym has no damn weight info on the bars :why:

Like I really am not sure what I was deadlifting at as the ~12 pound difference is hard to discern. I could’ve went a little heavier on my last set, but when I use a 33lb bar I also leave space to go heavier, so who knows

More reasons I hate 24 hour fitness :mjcry:

This month Mark's my 2nd year of lifting (best decision in my life btw :blessed:) and I can only bench 225lbs if I add the weight of the bar :mjcry: do y'all also add the weight of the bar? Or I'm just a weak mofo? :mjcry:

Ohh okay. I had that wrong. I thought you was talking about once he surpassed that. I've been on the same bench max for a year now. Can't go up unless I gain weight.

I'm at 225, if I count the weight of the bar. Reason I was asking if y'all add the weight of the bar to your lifts.

@nawlinsnfinest regarding addition of 5lbs every week, do I do 3x5 or 5x5?
