i been taking the animal cuts for a week now :manny: they say take it for 3 weeks at a time, i'm gone give it time. wasn't nothing but $40. there's some better c4 pre workout i'm gone try next. plus i only eat meat once a week and been intermittent fasting 265 aint too far away

Did pushups for time for my triceps and it was :wow::damn::noah:

Def going to start doing this for some my other lifts now.


Overall workout sucked though. Can def feel the difference not getting enough carbs in espcially going in a day after my class training. shyt was a chore to get through.

Lack of sleep been killing me lately. I don't think I reach 5.5 hours on most weekdays. Gonna take a 2 week break from the gym, vacation next week and gotta get on my grind to make up for the days missed the week after. Gonna have to just do some bodyweight exercises at the house to make up for it. Already reached 265 on the squats. Hopefully by Thanksgiving I can reach 295 or better yet improve my range cuz it needs work. But thats not a main concern for me. Thighs feel good, just gotta cut some minimal fat but can't spot reduce.

Gotta see if I hit up my doctor when I come back from vacation or just call and see whats up. Went and got some follow up bloodwork done and they posted the results online. Gotta see if I go by to discuss them. My A1C dropped from 7.3 to 6.7. Not much but something. Gotta see if I get back on the metformin. My cholesterol dropped. Total was 202 and it dropped to 144. My good cholesterol went up but my triglycerides are still high of course going from 278 to 187 is a big improvement. And I been taking Vitamin D so thats been going up and back to normal. Just gotta get back on my meds and check my bloodwork in another 3 months. Get my A1C at 6 or below hopefully. Just need to focus on getting more sleep or making the sleep I get the best one possible.

Also been trying a new challenge where I add an extra pushup each day or so. Haven't been consistent on it everyday but up to 29 so far. Gonna do 30 tomorrow. Nothing major but gonna set goals and just try and reach them. Like 35, 40, 50, 75, 85, 100. And see from there.

Looks like my creatinine levels are high so gonna have to cut back on the exercising or take it easier. Creatinine affects your kidneys. Something about the blood being filtered. Not tryna deal with that in my life. :francis:

I normally do seated rows for sets of 30-40 and not really dead lifting anymore outside of straight leg dead lifts. Would you suggest speed reps with 135 or 225 on dead lifts?

How do you feel about good mornings Or is my back extensions basically the same thing?
i personally don't do em, i stick to back extensions but on the reps i say 135 dont mess up your back bro, once its gone its gone

I don’t see the purpose in doing speed reps on conventional Deads in general and especially not if your back is weak.
