Isn’t that what CrossFit is all about

Nah I think it’s closer to Doing Olympic lifts with a emphasis on finishing the set as fast as possible


Here’s an example of A lot of reps for a full body workout.
Total Body Beatdown: German Volume Training

ok here's my routine
squats 125*10 225*10 315*7(twice)
Deadlift 125*5 225*5 315*3 405*1(twice)
Chest exercises then shoulders followed by arms/back
finish at home with cardio, either weight vest jogging or parachute sprints

my fitness world is falling apart...the box i joined got acquired and it's about to be mainly boxing, plus they're closing for 2 weeks. the other spot i wanted to hit up doesn't have 6am classes, and half the week their only morning class is at 9:30 :wtf:. the instructor who is the sole reason i still have a 24 hour fitness membership is getting surgery and will be gone for 6-8 weeks - no insanity, no kickboxing :sad:. and my old PT clearly hates me cuz she won't return my text :pachaha:


i'm good on my weight and cardio routine, but i need a bodyweight/HIIT/calisthenics routine and i never put in the highest level of effort on those when i do them alone compared to a class or with a trainer. i also miss hill sprints but don't like doing those alone
