my fitness world is falling apart...the box i joined got acquired and it's about to be mainly boxing, plus they're closing for 2 weeks. the other spot i wanted to hit up doesn't have 6am classes, and half the week their only morning class is at 9:30

. the instructor who is the sole reason i still have a 24 hour fitness membership is getting surgery and will be gone for 6-8 weeks - no insanity, no kickboxing

i'm good on my weight and cardio routine, but i need a bodyweight/HIIT/calisthenics routine and i never put in the highest level of effort on those when i do them alone compared to a class or with a trainer. i also miss hill sprints but don't like doing those alone
