Man if we don't win Thursday we not winning any games this season. Took another L last night. IDK how we're playing the worst ball since I started back playing 18 months ago, with us now having the best team we've assembled. We're easily the most skilled and athletic team in the league.

I just look at other teams and see groups that know their roles and individual limitations. I didn't realize how truly out of sync we are until I played Center Back last night (fewest goals let in all season, but also fewest goals scored by far) and watched how we play. Nobody making runs for each other. Nobody showing to the ball. People not tracking back. Lots of finger pointing. We're all arguing w/ each other. This shyt is ugly :unimpressed:

Anyway back on that Squatober grind. Now that I've seen what the overall strength gains I feel like I'm more motivated than ever in the gym.

Took The L 4-3. Gave up 2 fluke bounce goals in the last 5 mins. Shame too because we played really well together for once :snoop:

Reaggravated whatever I pulled in my back and hip a while back:snoop:

I think my boy fukked his knee up. We gonna see what he says after he goes to the doctor Monday :snoop:

I'm unable to concentrate when there's two different sources of music (gym speakers and my headphones) so I just drown in the shytty gym music :mjcry:
nikkas out here blasting Celine Dion blues while I'm trying to push 225 solid ass pounds :mjcry:
