5x5, 4x10 db incline 1 sesh
4x10 db press, then maybe be cable, dips or guillotine press 4x10 2nd sesh

Switch to dumbbells and increase the number of exercises, sets and reps. Sounds like it’s underdeveloped secondary muscles

Most likely you'll have to gain weight. From my experience that's the only thing that'll work.

If you're trying to cut then your bench press numbers is either going to go down or plateau. Don't trip off going up on your bench. Just do what you can.

Now that the weather is cooling down a bit i'm gonna start going to the park and walking/jogging on Saturday mornings. There are so many great walking trails in the city, but it gets so hot that you can only utilize them for maybe four months out of the year.

And it'll give me an excuse to eat bigger before training chest in the evening. :eat::lift::snooze:
