Alright. I'm going to rest my shoulder this week and start the routine fresh on monday.
I'm just worried im gonna get bulky on this.
Did you see any muscle gains? or just pure strength
I'm aiming for that cut look but I'm down to get my strength up
(been doing a split for the first two months.. gained some size but my strength is just)
Gains in my shoulders and especially legs..chest were already developed pretty well. This is mostly a strength regimen. Just watch your diet...and the "cut-ness" will be there.
