One thing I gotta say is 95% of day to day gym folk have no fukking earthly idea what they’re doing.

signing up with a coach opened up my eyes to how even I used to freestyle so much.

I have a plan when I go in there and I know exactly what I need to do down to the last set and rep and last minute of cardio.

And it only gets worse as the New Year's resolutioners start trickling in.

Can't count how many people I see in the gym on the daily making zero gains (size, strength, shred, w/e) month after month, year after year.


I try to set my boys straight but you can't save em all. :beli:

Brehs I just told my coach I’ll take a break in January from online coaching

but I’ll still keep the diet clean and reverse diet very slowly

Honestly as long as I keep it clean and get to 500-750 cals of cardio a day I’ll be straight

the only frustrating part of cutting/dieting is your lifts flatline

I've been comfy since my last cut (summer 2018)

Was planning to do a show this fall but a baby is coming :blessed: So I'm gonna try and lean out early next year and just hold on :mjcry:

shows are too much breh not my thing

I’m turning 40 in April never felt better in my life

Some commercial gyms are terrible. I personally think you need that hardcore/no BS crowd.

I was working out at Lifetime Athletic and it was like a resort, shyt was too nice. Downgraded to my old gym, more serious lifters.
