I be 43 next month still hanging in there 2x A Week Gracie Jiujitsu, 5x A Week Banging and Slanging Iron, 7 Days a week I train. I'm approaching my youthful 30's max when I Deadlifted 600, Benched 500, Squat 550. I'm over 500 on Deadlifts, 451 on Squats, 375 (for reps on) on the bench. Just taking my time with this strength training .

My gym dumbbells goes up to 180 pounds, I'm using the 140's on dumbbells flat bench

What do you recommend
Regular Supplements? First of All Food, to get strong and big you got to eat big. 5-7 meals a day Oatmeal, Steak, Baked Chicken, Brown Rice, Eggs, Peanut Butter, ground and Turkey meat.

Mass Gainer 2000 Calorie shake a day. Creatine, multi vitamins, Universal Sterols Complex

Yeah I eat big here's my meals

Meal 1 ~ Cup of Oatmeal, 1 Jen-O package of Turkey Bacon, 3 eggs, 1 banana

Meal 2 ~ Protein Cookie

Meal 3 ~ 2 Chicken Thighs, 1 cup of Basil Rice, 1 Apple, 2 String Cheese

Meal 4 ~ 1 Turkey Burger Patty, 1 cup of Spinach, 2 Hardboiled Eggs, Protein Yogurt

Meal 5/Pre Workout Meal ~ 1 can of sardines, 1 Orange, 1 Cup of Black Beans

Meal 6 ~ Post Workout Shake

Meal 7~ Salmon fish, Turkey Patty, Chicken Thigh, Green Veggie Shake

I’m off chicken through the end of January, I’m absolutely sick of it. Scallops, short ribs, shrimp, veggie gyoza, tilapia because I can’t find swai, you name it.
