Just lifted the same weight that hurt my shoulder twice today and 8 reps each. No spot.


I feel like heavy weight make my body feel better. I m trynna mix it with light weight tho.

Overall, a good workout today. I been doing 15 pushups every commercial break when the Heat play too :troll:

I agree. Most people in there real early are doing cardio. I need to switch up my time, my regular work spot is becoming too crowded at 2:00. nikkas must be getting hip to it, since it's a good deal and has mad squat racks and benches. I drove by there around 10:30 today and it was relatively empty. I might do that for an early lunch. :manny:

yo i was at the gym today and saw the weirdest shyt ever


first off, you got this dude who looks like kimbo slice fused with kimbo slice, super kimbo if you will. super kimbo is on the bench press and before his sets hes doing these african tribal dances while at the same time singing. I dont know what the fukk he was singing but i know i heard "i want too shareee heattt with youuuu" and i was just :dead:

then you got this old spanish chick. she had her winter clothes on, coat with the fur, uggs, jeans etc, just sitting on one of the machines just starin at this dude smiling. at first im like ":dwillhuh: why the fukk is this bytch working out with her coat on" until i realized she was with super kimbo. Then it hit me, this nikka is showing off like crazy infront of this old broad and she there eating it up..he prolly fukked her guts out after the gym. It might not sound like much, but if you experienced what i saw you'll be rolling. I really wish i wouldve recorded it but i left my phone in my hoody in the locker..but damn that was cray



anyway..i went in today :smugbiden: I got some crazy strength, im 280lbs doing dips like its nothing :wow:, i just gotta lose my beer belly and ill look like i can open a johnny pump with my bare hands

CT Fletcher woulda been proud of the cursing tirade I went on last night. I had 455 up for a deadlift. Failed at the lockout. Cats were looking like :merchant: while I was walking in place pissed off cursing. I'm gonna get that shyt Saturday no matter what.

bad playlists are worse than a bad ride in spin class, one day i left after 30 minutes because her music was annoying me that much, plus the ride was garbage - that day was double hell

Been avoid upperbody exercises to let my right wrist heal...no progress. It doesn't help that I type 8 hours a day at work. Guess I'm going back to taping up my wrist before workouts...YOLO. :to:

that actually helped mine :manny: now I'm doin 75lb DB shoulder presses for 12-13 reps. Still wrap it up though.

Today was Bi and Tri day. Felt hella weak for some reason. Didn't take creatine either I think I need more sleep. 5 to 6 hours ain't cutting it.

Db curls 30,35,40

Weighted dips up to 70 lbs of added weight and 2 other arm e cercisss. Normally I bust out 8 set of arm exercises a day 4 for bi's and 4 for tri's
