Feel like I've hit a slump again in everything at the gym, eating wise, lifting wise, and routine wise:francis:


Advice? I am checking out this new 24 hour gym close by so maybe a new scenery would help

Start with this. One mistake people make when they slack off at the gym is that they go back to bad eating habits to boot. That's a double negative hit.

Keep eating correctly, then once you get that drive to go back to the gym regularly, it won't be that much of an uphill climb.

See I’ll say I eat cleanly about 75% on a weekly basis, but it’s a combination of that and feeling like I’m not eating enough, and no I don’t track

I usually do light weight dumbbell rows 25x3, moderate weight 15x4 and heavy weight 8x4

Then I move to moderate weight barbell rows 10x10, then 10x10 lat pulldowns.

I warm up with chin ups, but my shoulders are fukked up so I look pathetic doing those :shaq2:

I had to take a few weeks off from legs because my knee felt weird and I was getting a little bit of pain. 4th leg day since then and everything seems fine. Semi-heavy deadlifts felt light and the hypertrophy part destroyed them muscles, got a good pump.

For the first time ever I'm prepping my meals in advance and man.. it makes cutting so much easier. Meals are so healthy I can get in one semi-dirty meal and still be under my calorie/macro goals if I want. I'm rarely hungry, but I actually look forward to eating because they taste good too. Family members always asking if they can have one of my meals.
Trying to get me to cook the same things for family dinners now:martin:

I need to start doing roadwork again though because using the bike at the gym is so boring and my cardio isn't even getting that much better. Doing heavy bag work yesterday and I was out of breath faster than I'd like. I'm determined to get cut up this summer. I always fall into the same trap every year of getting in semi-decent shape, meaning to take a one or two week break over Christmas, but not getting back in the gym for months and by then I'm way out of shape. Always 2 steps forward, one step back. Not this year though. I'm getting hoe ready early

Funny story from earlier too. Walking to the gym, and I'm in London so it was about 11:30pm, pitch black and barely anyone was on the streets. As I'm walking past the bus stop near the gym, a group of 7-8 disrespectful mafuccas wait for me to walk past and then I hear a bunch of shouting. I took out one of my earbuds out to hear what they were saying and it sounded like these mafuccas were talking about "Yeah, keep walking p*ssy" and "You better not turn around".:pacspit:

:what:I stop and turn my music off to make sure what I'm hearing and they stop shouting.:pachaha: Even though I box and used to do Judo, I know I'm not Superman and I didn't like them odds of 8 vs 1, so I put my music back on and go back to minding my own business. Of course, soon as I start walking they start talking reckless again.
I don't get it, they know damn well if they were solo, not a single one would have seen me and thought "Let me go up to this guy and disrespect him for no reason:ehh:"
They were all in athletic gear with sports bags so I'm lowkey hoping they go to my gym or the sports center near the gym where people play football. I know it's sad but I'm going to the gym at the exact same time for a week, and I hope I see them cause then I'm catching bodies out of "self-protection". If I see just one or two then I'll let em off with a beating

Cats do this inside my gym so I can only imagine what they'd do outside. I can't imagine what goes on inside the mind of a dumbass that would try see a big black dude dressed in all black, lifting heavy weight, and looking straight:demonic: like he just killed his own mama and think, "yeah, imma try this dude."

brehs i gotta say im shocked by my body responding to the increase in calories..I'm not even reverse dieting, i increased my carb intake alot since i finished my cutting phase.

I weighed 183 fasted this morning but LOOK like im at 195, my core is still tight and im gaining size. My lifts are getting stronger everyday.

John Meadows training program is dope. he splits to PPL program into one day for heavy heavy lifts and the 2nd day you hit the same muscle that week is Pump only, so higher reps, lighter volume.

Unlocked the cheat code with this one.

Layne Norton's PHAT does the same thing just in case you get board. I usually up the volume and keep it at 5 days. Gains are always had.
