A lot of fighting gyms offer a one class free trial or pay as you go plans where you don't have to commit to a full membership. You can just go when you want and pay per session.I dont know if its off topic, but question to the people in here doing combat sports:
How can I get started with it ?
Im thinking about giving mma a shot, was always interested in it but now I think I wanna see what thats about as another activity besides lifting...
Anyone got tips & infos for me ?![]()

You shouldn't need to buy any gear, just go to a few gyms in your area and get in a few free/cheap sessions, if you like it, choose whichever one you prefer.
Make sure your cardio is halfway decent though. If your cardio is slacking, even 1 or 2 weeks of preparation is worth it. You will be grateful
