Dude spotting him had the:beli:face whole time
Finally he told him he's not helping no more if he keeps that up
This was my first experience at a fitness club, gay dude was squatting, but you would think he was being penetrated from the sounds of his grunts(moans). And this way before noise cancelling headphones were a thing. ( :old: ). I'm so over commercial gyms, but I'd love to get back into free weight strength training.

I hate to tell yall but let's be real, if you've been in the gym for years and still aren't where you want to be, then this fit life just aint for you.

Here is a real life story of how setbacks can just be temporary

I have been cutting since the end of January... got from 200 to like 192. We went on vacation last Saturday and got back Wednesday. I didn't completely pig out or binge but I also def didn't hold back. Just going by my gut I was prob doing 3200kcal/day. They had a scale there... I was as heavy as 196 :francis:

Came home, immediately got back on the protocol (2000kcal/day). Thursday morning: 195.2. Thursday night I did a 1hr bike ride. This morning... 193.2 :myman: Tomorrow I have a 90 minute bike ride... I feel like Sunday I will be right back where I was before the vacation, or at least very damn close. Low key I always take a break after a few weeks in a diet, so it was time (though I prob wouldn't have gone as hard if we were home).

Moral of the story..... if you're dieting you can pause for a bit and not get completely off track. Just keep shyt under control. Maybe limit your calories to like 150% of your diet target. So I do 2000kcal.... 3000kcal/day is a good hard limit for refeed/break periods

i need to go back to my boxing gym, but have PTSD given i know that's the spot that got me sick in nov/dec...:sadcam:
I got jock itch sitting on a towel in the steam room. The seat was plastic. Never went back there again.
