If you are gaining muscle while you cut you should be looking more muscular and not have any problemsim cutting now brehs but my problem is that I gain muscle way too easily so it takes longer to look cut when Im lifting and doing HIIT/cardio.
Should I reduce my weights or the amount of times I strength train a week and focus on more cardio?
I guess I want to look less muscular and more lean. The muscle size is hurting my cardio and I want to start doing boxing classes soon. I would keep the weights and reps the same but reduce frequency and increase cardio.
