Did legs today:hamster:

Found a banded routine and shyt had me like :damn: I think I've found my leg day.

Now I gotta find out what the hell to do with these macros:lupe: Was cutting before but I'm starting to loose weight too quick now.:damn: Gonna try to stick to maintenance and stay consistent with the home workouts.

Def preferring the bands for shoulder iso training right now.:whew:

Didn’t do anything today. Donated two units of red blood cells to the Red Cross so taking it easy. Going to try to get some sweat going tomorrow at the little field I found.
I’ve been thinking of donating blood. Do they tell you you’re blood type on the spot?

I’ve been doing it for a while so I don’t quite remember. I doubt it however. American Red Cross does (here anyway) mostly collects and does testing later in the cycle. They do eventually put it on your donor card/account.

How long does it take you to recover?

Depends. There are different ways to give. A standard pint is going to decrease your red blood cells a bit and of course fluid. The blood cells can’t be immediately replaced but for the most part I’ve always managed around it. Of course super high intensity cardio in the next two weeks or so would be tough.

I do double red cells now. They basically filter those out and give you the plasma and fluid back. Going to be a longer process to be back to full speed but to me it’s worth it. I’ve got a universal blood type so it helps more people.

I would start with a standard donation and see how it treats you. It’s not a process everyone takes to which is very understandable. For some reason my arm veins are ripe for the needle stick so it’s no big deal and it might help save a life. I’m over 6 gallons now.

I will say my prayers and crush them every single day like its my last workout ever..

real fukking talk
Lol I was just about to say I been torturing myself watching cats in the gym on youtube and I'm thinking to myself damn this thing has been a little challenge. The only thing I really truly miss on the outside is the gym, I ain't never gon complain or whine to myself about an extra rep or set or go thru the motions ever again:pachaha:

When the gym finally opens again that thing gon be like Heaven's Gates

Dips on a chair or sturdy (ie not glass) coffee table if you have one. I assume you’re a dude so maybe use two chairs to make it harder

you can also blast your pecs and chest by doing push-ups with those chairs as well
