but the thing is pushing myself like once you go to the gym and get there you have no choice but to workout
Also would get excited to go to the gym
Now i get home and I’m not excited to just go workout by myself
but I gotta push myself more

I would just look for a another band tbhThe max weight I can get on my shytty bar is 135
When I get off today I’m gonna do
10x5 deadlifts
10x5 barbell rows
10x5 overhead press
10x5 barbell curls
Trying to just hit compounds as good as o can with what I got
