Yeah I got a bench press, resistance bands and a kettle bell

Trying to improvise

but the thing is pushing myself like once you go to the gym and get there you have no choice but to workout

Also would get excited to go to the gym

Now i get home and I’m not excited to just go workout by myself

but I gotta push myself more

That’s what had me breaking rank and hitting the park with my trainer, the gym is both a social space for me and also a space where I can focus on the task at hand. Home workouts are cool, but I miss socializing

The max weight I can get on my shytty bar is 135

When I get off today I’m gonna do

10x5 deadlifts
10x5 barbell rows
10x5 overhead press
10x5 barbell curls

Trying to just hit compounds as good as o can with what I got
