Did legs, them swings had me feeling some things:wow: didn’t overdo it though. 10 second Iso hold goblet squats had my shoulders on fire though, wasn’t expecting that :ehh: lats are still burning from Friday tho:wow: didn’t even feel that crazy during the workout tho:wow:


Got moms a steak and ate this Ben n Jerry’s so today’s officially cheat day :mjgrin:

A fleeting childhood
Most exercises, I can start a set with little trouble.

However.....No matter how many push-ups I have done, on a new day that first set is hard af to finish.
I suggest taking preworkout and doing jumping jacks til it kicks in
full
